  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    • Yes, you can return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery if:
      ✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
      ✅ The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • How does your return process work?
    • If your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.

  • How often do you have sales on your site?
    • We offer special discounts during seasonal sales, Eid, Independence Day, and other festive events. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media.

  • Do you have a retailer in my country?
    • Currently, we operate as an online store and deliver across Pakistan. However, we are expanding and may introduce local retail partnerships soon.

  • Can I use the same discount on an exchange?
    • Discount codes apply to the original purchase only. If you exchange an item, the new order will be processed at the current price without reapplying the discount.

  • Can I ship my order outside the Pakistan?
    • We are based in Pakistan, we also ship worldwide. It’ll cost you an extra shipping amount to receive our product outside of the Pakistan.

    • We don’t offer digital gift cards at the moment, but we are planning to introduce them soon.

  • Can I return items directly to a store?
    • Since we are an online store, all returns must be processed through our customer support team, and we will arrange pickup or guide you on the process.
